Job summary

You will drive risk-based compliance activities, lead inspections and audits, and partner with regional leadership to align with global strategies while fostering quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline with 8+ years in clinical operations.
• 6+ years in a GCP compliance or quality role, including 4+ years of people management.
• Experience in oncology global trials is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCC country compliance managers and ensure compliant practices across regions.
• Provide guidance on regulations and internal standards to ensure consistency.
• Oversee inspections preparation, execution and follow-up.
• Support audits and high-impact inspections.
• Drive CAPA quality, standardization and cross-country collaboration.
