Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
• 4–6 years' clinical research experience in a CRO or pharma company with 4 years in Lifecycle Safety and 2 years in project management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements and IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for projects; be the Lifecyle Safety contact for customers.
• Oversee project planning, scope and quality management, and financial aspects.
• Act as Safety SME and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency.
• Drive sales support, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
