Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in science-related field required.
• Minimum 4 years in biotech/pharma or CRO with clinical study/project management experience.
• Global/international studies experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Project/SharePoint; familiarity with IRT/EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contracted clinical studies/programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Oversee third-party vendors and manage study budgets and timelines.
• Support RFP processes from proposal development to vendor selection and contracting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/ICH and CFRs; maintain inspection readiness.
• Mentor/lead study staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
