Job summary

Immunocore is seeking an accomplished clinical development leader to build and mentor a high-performing team of clinical scientists across early oncology programs. You’ll establish standards and drive cross-portfolio data reviews to translate complex findings into strategic development plans and robust publications.

You will lead workforce planning, governance, and collaboration with Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations to accelerate milestones while maintaining ICH-GCP integrity

Qualifications

Extensive oncology drug development experience from early-phase to proof-of-concept.
Proven leadership of clinical scientists across therapeutic areas.
Strong capability in data interpretation to guide development decisions.
Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP principles and regulatory expectations.
Ability to build standards, SOPs, and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

Attract, mentor, and scale a world-class early clinical scientist organization.
Define enterprise standards for clinical scientists across development phases.
Synthesize data to inform publication plans and development strategies.
Lead talent planning and capability-building across study teams.
Ensure study governance, data quality, and regulatory alignment.
