Job summary

PSI CRO in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead full‑service phase II and III trials, managing the full scope of responsibilities with hands-on involvement in every aspect of the study.

You will mentor CRAs and PMs, oversee regional projects, contribute to feasibility and business development efforts, and ensure adherence to PSI quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare and clinical research.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical research experience as project manager/equivalent.
• Regional clinical project management experience from startup to close.
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serving as regional lead or co-manager on complex international projects.
• Adhering to PSI delivery principles and client standards.
• Leading project teams.
• Training, mentoring Lead CRAs and PMs.
• Participating in feasibility research.
• Supporting business development tasks such as proposals and client presentations.
• Implementing company standard practices and intradepartmental procedures.
