Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader in the San Francisco Bay Area to manage a team and drive the successful execution of multiple clinical studies across programs. You will oversee resource deployment, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with SMTs, CROs, and vendors in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include strategic input, SOP development, and ensuring compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines while fostering innovation and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience
• OR
• Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience
• OR
• PhD / PharmD

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Oversee execution of clinical studies within program budgets and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) and coordinate with CROs/vendors.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
