Kite Pharma in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a senior leader for Clinical Operations to drive the global execution of phase I–IV trials. You will manage a team, oversee multiple studies and programs, handle budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration across SMTs, CROs, and vendors.

The role requires extensive regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA/ICH). Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills are essential to ensure compliant, on-time study delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience
• Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience
• PhD/PharmD may be substituted for experience as applicable

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Oversees execution of clinical trials within program budgets and timelines.
• Leads Study Management Teams and influences stakeholders.
• Manages cross-functional study timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Authors/participates in regulatory documentation and SOPs.
