Job summary

Structure Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to lead multidisciplinary clinical studies across all phases, ensuring efficient execution and strict regulatory compliance.

In this global role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines, and drive study success in a fast‑moving biotech environment, including Asia‑Pacific experience where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or health-related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical operations experience in pharma/biotech/CRO settings.
• At least 6 years in roles such as CRA, Senior CRA, or CTM.
• Proven experience leading Phase I–III trials and start-up activities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate studies across all clinical trial phases—from start-up to close-out.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Oversee vendors, CROs, and sites for protocol and GCP compliance.
