Job summary

Hengrui USA is seeking a Clinical Program Senior Manager / Associate Director to drive execution across oncology and non-oncology programs. You will partner with the Chief of Staff to the CMO and cross-functional teams to align plans, timelines, and decisions across regions.

The role focuses on bridging ex-local and local development, coordinating program reviews, and managing risks in a fast-moving biotech environment. Fluent communication with global stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical clinical development or program management experience.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or related field.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development and trial execution.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge, streamline, and coordinate ex-CN and China clinical development programs to ensure alignment across regions and teams.
• Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple studies and development initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Translational teams.
• Organize and support cross-functional program meetings and development reviews, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
• Maintain integrated development timelines and ensure alignment across internal teams.
• Identify program risks and proactively coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Support preparation of development updates, internal reports, and leadership presentations.
• Assist in portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource coordination.
