Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Global Clinical Process Management Lead to guide and support global processes within Global Clinical Operations. You will promote compliant, efficient procedures across GCO and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements from concept to execution.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma/biotech with ICH-GCP expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work in a global matrix team. This role emphasizes training, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sector with clinical operations exposure.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP and compliance management.
• Experience designing, harmonizing, and implementing clinical processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical process management activities across GCO.
• Serve as primary GCOE contact for SOPs, Work Instructions and standards.
• Contribute to documentation: SOPs, templates and tools.
• Lead improvement, change management and implementation initiatives.
• Identify and advance ideas to improve GCO processes and alignment.
• Oversee document review and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with GCO and cross-functional groups to maintain partnerships.
• Contribute to training materials for GCO processes.
