Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Global Clinical Laboratory Director to provide executive leadership for the development and delivery of global laboratory services and products. This role oversees safety lab operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards across North America and global partners.

The successful candidate will lead SOP development, GLP compliance, regulatory interactions with FDA/CLIA/CAP/EMA/ISO, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in clinical laboratory science or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical laboratory leadership.
• Licensure and/or board certification per state requirements.
• Experience with FDA/CLIA/CAP and ISO standards.
• Strong management and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific direction and oversight for Central Safety and Cellular Laboratories.
• Ensure staff qualifications, training, and licensing.
• Design, validate, and maintain clinically useful lab tests.
• Lead regulatory interactions with authorities.
• Maintain QA/QMS and SOPs; ensure inspection readiness.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary lab team.
