Job summary

The role can be remote or based in Princeton, NJ or Rockville, MD and involves leadership across Rheumatology, Immunology and Specialty Medicine indications for global markets. Qualifications

• Clinician with MD/DO, rheumatology, nephrology, immunology or dermatology background.
• 3–6 years in pharma or translational clinical research.
• Strong objective setting, budget and timeline discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; MS Office fluency.
• Experience leading teams; willingness to travel up to 30% and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversight of clinical programs and protocols.
• Consult with clinicians, regulators and science leaders; optimize trials.
• Author program strategies and oversee Phase I–IV investigations.
• Lead regulatory filings and provide strategic clinical input.
• Manage vendor/CRO relationships and governance inputs.
