Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a client solutions professional to drive successful implementation of the Engine platform for banking clients. You will manage day-to-day delivery across a defined workstream, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure alignment with client needs.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and experience delivering complex programmes in financial services or technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in client facing roles, in consulting or technology delivery.
• Ability to run workshops or demos for clients.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in financial services or tech.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client organisations from pre-sales to delivery.
• Understand client vision, challenges and priorities and map to Engine product.
• Collaborate with Product and solution architecture to align US roadmap with client needs.
• Own delivery of a defined area of the solution and coordinate with Engineering.
• Guide transition from delivery into Run and support the Run team.
