Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Client Solutions Director to drive localisation and implementation of Engine's platform for North American clients, based in the Charlotte, NC area. You will shape the product roadmap for the U.S.

market and lead client programmes from discovery through build and launch, with travel as needed to support engagements. You will join the NA leadership team, partnering with the President, North America, and global Client Solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong, client-centric product mindset and client-facing experience in banking, consulting, or tech.
• Experience in the U.S. banking sector and developing solutions for that market.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex programmes in financial services.
• Ability to rapidly understand client problems and present structured solutions.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to NA market success with a compelling product and platform.
• Lead discovery and implementation programmes for North American clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across regions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the roadmap for NA markets.
