Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Client Solutions professional based on the East Coast with strong delivery and client-facing experience. You’ll manage end-to-end implementations, partner with Product and Engineering, and ensure solutions align with client needs across markets.

You’ll collaborate across teams, facilitate workshops, and guide projects from pre-sales through implementation, while maintaining a high standard of client communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in consulting or technology delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programmes end-to-end.
• Ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to manage risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients from pre-sales to implementation.
• Understand client vision and translate it into the Engine product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture to iterate US product roadmap for US clients.
• Own delivery of an area of the solution and advocate for client needs internally.
• Coordinate delivery with Engineering to meet programme timelines.
