Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead North American market entry and ongoing client delivery. Based in Charlotte, you will shape the US/Canada strategy and drive multi‑million dollar programmes with Product and Engineering alignment.

You will build relationships with banks and partners, manage discovery to launch, and guide a cross‑functional team in a fast‑growing environment, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large programmes in financial services.
• Experience in the US banking market and solution development.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA market entry and client delivery as part of the NA leadership team.
• Shape product roadmap for the US/Canada markets and tailor the platform accordingly.
• Manage client discovery through build and launch with implementation partners.
• Grow client networks and maintain strong relationships with banks and partners.
