Job summary
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks a Client Solutions Executive to strengthen relationships by driving key objectives and serving as the technical resource for regulatory clients. You will advise suppliers and operators entering markets, lead complex projects, and develop execution strategies to enable strategic growth.
The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support diverse jurisdictions worldwide.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, tools, technologies and trends.
- 5+ years in a complex problem solving role involving technology and regulation.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior level clients.
- Proven strategic expertise and business communication acumen.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex regulatory issues for regulators and gaming technology suppliers.
- Lead complex projects with new or emerging technology and drive strategy.
- Collaborate with customer service to win and grow client engagements with technical messaging.
- Achieve portfolio financial goals and activate regulatory and supplier objectives.
- Develop and drive vision for client engagement on complex projects and deployments.
- Lead client solutions strategies for engagement, implementation and retention.
- Own key client presentations on regulatory acceptance of new technology.
- Coordinate meetings and roadmaps for successful launches and testing delivery.
- Track legislative/regulatory changes and advise government leaders in jurisdictions.
