Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will design assets for campaigns, events, digital initiatives, social media, advertising, and corporate communications, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Minimum five (5) years of professional graphic design experience; advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); a strong portfolio; ability to manage multiple

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print and digital mediums.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, advertising, social media, digital platforms, sales collateral, and branded content
  • Execute projects from concept through final production, including resizing, formatting, and versioning assets for multiple platforms
  • Retouch, enhance, and composite photographic assets
  • Create mockups, visual concepts, and innovative design solutions
  • Research imagery, design trends, and creative inspiration to support project goals
  • Review and proof creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives and campaign development
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of landing pages and forms through Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights
  • Support email marketing campaigns from design through deployment
  • Contribute creative assets and content for social media platforms
  • Harmonize visuals across digital marketing channels

What You'll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you'll bring creative concepts to life while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership and stakeholders to develop high-quality visual assets that support strategic business objectives.


Design & Creative Development


  • Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, advertising, social media, digital platforms, sales collateral, and branded content

  • Execute projects from concept through final production, including resizing, formatting, and versioning assets for multiple platforms

  • Retouch, enhance, and composite photographic assets

  • Create mockups, visual concepts, and innovative design solutions

Digital Marketing Support

  • Help ensure a cohesive visual experience across digital marketing channels


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum five (5) years of professional graphic design experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • InDesign

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print and digital mediums

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field

  • Experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights

  • WordPress

  • Dreamweaver

  • Experience creating motion graphics, animated content, GIFs, cinemagraphs, lower-thirds, and other multimedia assets

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week


Compensation:

$29.80 - $33.65 per hour, based on experience


Travel:

Up to 5% travel may be required
