Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager to strengthen strategic client relationships and oversee project delivery from operational and financial perspectives throughout each project’s lifecycle.

You will collaborate with global project teams, operational leaders, Business Development, and client stakeholders to support governance, performance improvement, and consistent delivery, while defining standards and leading portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field preferred.
• 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience, is preferred.
• Experience with project budgets, performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of global clinical project operations and Master Service Agreement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish close working relationships with global project teams and stakeholders to support high-quality study delivery.
• Develop client governance structures and meeting schedules to communicate portfolio health, risks, and actions.
• Participate in client committees, bid defense meetings, audits, and other client meetings as needed.
• Review lessons learned, best practices, client requirements, budgets, KPIs, and MSAs with internal teams.
• Define and communicate client-specific standards and coordinate related training.
• Track performance metrics and SLAs while driving process improvements and corrective actions.
• Develop clear communication plans and facilitate internal and client meetings.
• Support proposal development and promote best practices across IQVIA Laboratories.
