Job summary

Initiative, part of Omnicom Media, seeks a Manager in Global Client Finance (GCF) to support large global client relationships. The role involves consolidating data for pitches, analyzing client profitability, and coordinating with regional markets to ensure timely reporting and compliant processes.

The position requires a finance background (4–6 years), strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver results across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or economics.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results, whether by taking initiative or influencing teams.
• Proactive, task-oriented, and collaborative team approach.
• Experience in media planning and/or buying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Business Pitches: analyse market data, consolidate data in Excel for VP/SVP review, ensure templates are complete, communicate terms post-win.
• Client Financial/Commercial Servicing & Internal Client Profitability: coordinate data collection, perform profitability analysis, support client audits and reporting.
• Support Global Account Leads with ad-hoc finance needs and contract development/reporting with legal.
• Proactively ensure compliance across international markets and liaise with regional finance teams.
