Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York seeks a Global Client Finance Manager to partner with the GCF team on global client relationships, data consolidation, and financial leadership across markets.

You will analyze regional data, prepare pitches, manage SOWs and reporting, and ensure compliance and timely delivery. A finance degree and 4–6 years’ experience plus strong Excel and communication are required; in-office three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or economics.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management, adaptability and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in media planning and/or buying (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional/local market data to prepare the final pitch submission.
• Consolidate and summarize large data into Excel for VP/SVP review.
• Ensure completeness of client deliverable templates by liaising with regional/ local markets.
• Once the client is won, communicate key terms to markets and coordinate with agencies.
• Work with regional/local markets to ensure smooth financial operations in early months after win.
