Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, International Client Services in Riverwoods, IL to lead compliance monitoring for the Diners Club Network Participants. You will operationalize regulations, develop data-driven dashboards, and drive risk-based improvements across the global payment network.

You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology and Operations to simplify processes and adopt AI-enabled tools for enhanced monitoring and control, while ensuring audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Payment Network Policy, Risk Management or Compliance within the financial services or payments industry
• At least 3 years of Project Management, Business Analysis or Operational Management experience within the financial services or payments industry
• At least 3 years of experience developing, evaluating, and implementing compliance and risk assessment activities

Responsibilities

• Policy oversight & compliance monitoring: Operationalize regulations and identify actionable operational requirements for internal teams and external clients.
• Risk management & control monitoring: Design monitoring programs and strengthen controls to ensure alignment with network requirements and audit standards.
• Stakeholder engagement & process modernization: Build cross-functional relationships and use AI-enabled tools to optimize processes and automate monitoring.
