Job summary

Visa is seeking a Client Care Support Representative to join our World-Class Customer Support team. You will handle cardholder needs on Visa products via inbound calls, following defined policies while delivering a positive customer experience.

This is a hybrid US role with 2nd shift expectations, competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ year of call center, financial, ecommerce, or technical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries per policy.
• Meet KPIs and quality expectations as defined by the team.
• Update cardholder data accurately in customer systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class service.
• Support multiple Visa products and services and provide solutions.
