Job summary
Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Chief Information Officer to align technology with global business and manufacturing priorities.
Lead a secure, scalable IT environment across domestic and international sites and establish enterprise governance for ERP and critical platforms. Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to standardize processes, improve data visibility, strengthen cybersecurity, and translate technology investments into measurable improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience governing multiple ERP platforms and major ERP implementations.
- Strong financial acumen with budgets, contracts and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year global technology strategy.
- Lead ERP strategy and governance across platforms.
- Oversee enterprise cybersecurity program and risk management.
- Ensure reliable IT infrastructure and manufacturing technology.
- Lead enterprise change management and cross-functional partnerships.
