Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CIO to lead information technology across a multi-site organization in San Diego. The role requires extensive experience directing enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee ERP governance and implementations, align IT with manufacturing and supply chain needs, and manage global operations with a focus on data privacy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and transformation.
• Proven success leading IT in a multi-site manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex operating environment.
• Experience governing multiple ERP platforms and leading major ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades, rationalization or consolidation programs.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, production, inventory, quality, maintenance, logistics and cost accounting.
• Experience supporting international operations, including distributed teams, regional requirements, data privacy, language and time-zone considerations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, capital investments, contracts, vendors and measurable benefit realization.
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues clearly to executives, boards, operating leaders and technical teams.
• Experience establishing cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, data governance and technology risk management programs.
