• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 12–15 years of HR leadership experience.
• Experience building teams at scale and managing global workforce operations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems and employee management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Exoben’s global HR strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Build strong hiring systems to attract top talent across functions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Design performance management systems to ensure accountability and high performance.
• Lead employee development programs including training, leadership development and career growth.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating regions.
• Support leadership in building strong and effective teams.
• Develop organizational structures that scale to thousands of employees.
• Build HR systems, policies and processes that are clear and easy to follow.
