Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years cybersecurity leadership experience in large, complex environments.
• Experience building and scaling security functions across global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for application, AI, and product security across ADI.
• Build and mature DevSecOps capabilities embedded in SDLC.
• Own incident response, governance, and risk reporting to executives and the Board.
• Attract, develop, and retain security talent across engineering units.
