Job summary

Dotmatics seeks a senior leader to drive AI governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment. This role partners across Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Quality to embed governance throughout the SDLC and coordinate with Siemens AI governance peers.

You will own risk-based AI controls, develop policy documentation, and create executive-ready reports to inform leadership on program health and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in information security and risk management (15–20 years).
• Progressive AI/ML governance experience (5–8 years) in regulated industries.
• Strong ability to translate AI risk concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a comprehensive AI governance framework aligned with risk appetite.
• Coordinate AI governance council and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interface with Siemens AI Governance Consortium and executive leadership.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and training for AI governance.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
