Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation seeks a Global COO for Professional Services & Software to set the global vision and delivery model. You will lead governance, P&L, and executive engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and client alignment.

The role requires 12–15 years in global service leadership with multi-region programs, frequent travel, and a hybrid onsite work arrangement in York, PA initially.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Life Sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive leadership in Professional Services or software.
• Global service organization leadership with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, and regional accountability across regions.
• Drive executive sponsorship, client partnerships, and strategic growth.
