Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Global Chief Operating Officer for Professional Services and Software to lead the global vision, strategy, and delivery model for the portfolio. The role oversees governance, program execution, and regulatory compliance across markets, with a strong focus on scalable delivery and client outcomes.

The position reports to the CEO, requires extensive travel, and entails ownership of P&L, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships while ensuring excellence in service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, CS, life sciences, or related field.
• MBA/MS or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive leadership in professional services, software, or regulated consulting.
• Experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global vision, strategy, and delivery model for Professional Services and Software.
• Ensure services meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives with measurable outcomes and governance structures.
• Define global delivery standards, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
• Manage CEO-level engagement, executive sponsorship, and senior stakeholder communications.
• Oversee contract governance, commercial negotiations, and risk management across programs.
