Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement, subcontracts, and leadership experience.
• 5+ years at the senior or executive level leading large, geographically dispersed teams through subordinate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global procurement and subcontracts strategy aligned to growth objectives, margin targets, and client commitments.
• Lead the transformation agenda unifying the procurement organization under common policy, process, systems, and data.
• Own the enterprise category strategy for direct and indirect spend and govern it.
• Establish supplier segmentation, performance management, and governance models, and own strategic supplier relationships.
• Own the enterprise subcontracts function including policy, delegation, approval gates, and template governance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, commercial, and international requirements and client terms.
• Build and lead the global procurement and subcontracts organization, and establish metrics and reporting cadence.
