Job summary

Preply is a global education platform that powers learners' progress with human-led, AI-enhanced support. As part of our Customer Support Squad, you will help users through chats, emails, and social messages, contributing to a fast-paced, written-focused service.

You’ll join +100 specialists across 8 teams, with a monthly rotating schedule of 9-hour shifts and at least 11 hours of rest between shifts to maintain balance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support through live chats and written channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with empathy and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions and resolve issues via chats, emails, and social channels.
• Identify problem areas and flag them to the appropriate team.
• Collect and track user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to resolve issues and share customer insights.
