Job summary

ModSquad is seeking experienced Customer Support Advisors to join our fully remote team. You will provide written support in Thai and English, handling account, billing, payment, subscription, technical, and platform issues with 5–6 conversations at once.

We value strong multi-chat experience, adherence to workflows, and professional, empathetic communication. Orientation includes language assessments and a 40-hour workweek schedule, with production hours available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume written customer support experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous chats (5+).
• Fluent written Thai and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle 5–6 customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Resolve account, billing, payment, subscription, technical, and product-related issues.
• Follow detailed workflows and knowledge base resources; research as needed.
