Job summary

VetJobs is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the integration of complex systems for clients across industries. The role requires applying industrial engineering, lean, and six sigma principles to improve IT, supply chain and manufacturing performance.

Travel is up to 100% to client sites in the US and internationally. You will work with executives and teams to design efficient processes, develop layouts, and implement improvements, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist and integrate client companies to implement global change initiatives.
• Lead a team of Implementation Engineers to execute client initiatives.
• Coordinate quality objectives and activities to resolve production problems.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor standards and cost analysis systems.
• Apply statistical methods to determine processes, staff needs, and standards.
• Study operations flow and data to optimize worker functions and responsibilities.
