Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Transition Manager 4 to lead the human side of transformative change for a large enterprise in Beaverton, OR. You will influence how thousands adapt to new systems and processes, shaping readiness, adoption, and employee experience.

Responsibilities include building readiness plans, developing training content, and delivering executive-ready updates. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive adoption across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transition management, change management, or organizational readiness for large-scale programs.
• Proven success preparing users for system or process changes, including global deployments.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Elegant, design-focused executive presentations and status reports.
• Experience building training content and enablement programs from scratch.
• Able to work autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.
• Comfort collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute transition and readiness plans with stakeholder analysis and adoption measures.
• Identify user groups, define changes, and prepare for new systems and processes.
• Develop training content, job aids, and enablement materials for consistency.
• Create executive-ready presentations and status reports on progress.
• Write audience-appropriate communications for employees and leaders.
• Monitor readiness, escalate risks, and inform leads of gaps.
• Establish an annual training model to keep teams current.
• Produce training materials with a consistent structure and cadence.
• Take on transition management for new projects as they arise.
• Publish a monthly internal newsletter and support internal websites.
