Aquent seeks a Transition Manager 4 to lead the human side of organizational change for large-scale programs, guiding thousands through new systems and processes to boost efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of transition management, change mgmt, or organizational readiness for large programs.
• Experience preparing large user populations for system or process changes, incl. multi-region deployments.
• Excellent writing, editing, and audience-specific messaging abilities.
• Advanced presentation software skills with design sensibility for exec audiences.
• Proven ability to build training content and enablement programs from scratch.
• Ability to work autonomously, structure ambiguity, drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with global rollouts across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute transition and readiness plans with stakeholder analysis and adoption measures.
• Identify user groups, define changes, and prepare them for new systems and processes.
• Develop training content, job aids, and enablement materials for reuse across programs.
• Create executive-ready presentations and status reports for leadership.
• Write communications tailored for employees, stakeholders, and leadership audiences.
• Monitor readiness, escalate adoption gaps, and inform project leads of risks.
• Establish and manage an annual training model to keep teams updated.
• Develop training materials with a consistent structure and housing solutions.
