Job summary

Landesa is seeking a Chief Financial and Operations Officer to steward the organization's finances, operations, IT, and risk management. This senior leader partners with the CEO and oversees multi-year planning, budgeting, and compliance across headquarters and field offices.

The CFOO will drive robust internal controls, multi-currency budgeting, and donor compliance while supporting growth and organizational integrity in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years progressively senior finance and operations leadership.
• Experience with international nonprofit or NGO multi-country operations.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting, GAAP, and donor compliance.
• Experience with multi-currency budgets and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for ~US$15M.
• Lead audits, treasury, cash management, and financial controls across offices.
• Manage IT, risk management, and administrative functions for HQ and field.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and subaward management.
