Job summary

PSI is seeking a commercially driven General Manager - Certification to lead and grow its global professional certification business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this executive will own the business unit P&L, with a primary mandate to accelerate new-logo acquisition, protect and grow existing revenue, and deliver profitable growth.

The successful candidate will preferably bring deep, current experience in the certification market and be a strong relationship builder with

Qualifications

• Deep experience in professional certification market and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to drive new-logo acquisition, retention and growth.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with forecast, pricing and investment discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own full Certification business unit P&L, revenue, pipeline and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional commercial organization spanning BD, CS, Solutions Consulting and Sales Engineering.
• Sponsor strategic pursuits, build senior client relationships and improve win rates.
• Drive productized portfolio development, pricing, packaging and go-to-market plans.
• Ensure client retention, renewals and expansion through disciplined renewal motions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Ops, Psychometrics, Marketing and Finance to deliver profitable growth.
