Job summary
GTI seeks a Global Product Certification Manager to lead our enterprise certification program, ensuring compliance with codes and customer requirements. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to standardize processes and drive certification readiness across facilities.
You will oversee product approvals, facility certifications, and documentation, while guiding technical interpretation of codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
- Seven or more years of product certification or related experience.
- Experience with third-party certification bodies and documentation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems and codes.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Product Certification Program development and deployment.
- Establish standardized processes for product approvals and certifications across facilities.
- Interpret and communicate building codes and customer requirements to teams.
- Coordinate with third-party certification organizations and inspection agencies.
- Support certification readiness for new facilities, products, and markets.
- Define inspection checkpoints and testing requirements for certified products.
