• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence experienced professionals.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for an indication within Cell Therapy Enterprise CTU.
• Shape and drive global commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with TA clinical strategy, launch readiness, and pricing/brand teams.
• Provide strategic counselling to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee competitive intelligence, market analytics, and forecasting quality.
