Qualifications

• MBA, PharmD, PhD, or M.D. required with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or finance and deep experience with clinical data and analysis preferred.
• Expertise in drug development processes with regulatory and commercial insights.
• Broad understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise through global project management or by managing the Scientific Project Management function.
• Inputs to regional Scientific Project Management strategy.
• Leads and develops the team within Scientific Project Management to achieve objectives and compliance.
• Delivers program milestones on-time and on-budget with quality standards.
• Strong partnership with other GPTs, Therapeutic Area leadership, and global teams.
