Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in science and/or engineering required; Master or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience across multiple functions is expected.
• Proven leadership of complex global product launches and lifecycle management programs.
• Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and driving transformational change.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global Launch Excellence strategy across the Cell Therapy portfolio.
• Provide strategic oversight for launch readiness across development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Lead portfolio planning, risk mitigation, and resource alignment for successful launches and lifecycle changes.
• Develop and operationalize governance, tools, and playbooks to support launch excellence and continuous improvement.
