Capri Holdings Limited seeks a Global Celebrity Relations Manager to lead celebrity dressing strategies and VIP initiatives for Michael Kors Collection and MICHAEL KORS. You will cultivate relationships with talent, stylists, publicists, and entertainment partners to drive brand visibility and cultural relevance.

You will oversee global dressing requests, fittings, and logistics, and manage budgets across celebrity partnerships and events, coordinating with design, production, and marketing

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in VIP Relations, PR, Communications, or a closely related role within luxury fashion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Established and active relationships with leading celebrity stylists, talent representatives, publicists, and entertainment industry contacts, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships.
• Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-impact celebrity dressing and VIP placements.
• Strong understanding of the celebrity and stylist landscape, with an instinct for identifying both established and emerging talent relevant to the brand.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, entertainment, media, digital platforms, social media, and evolving cultural trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience with Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics, or similar industry platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong reporting capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute global celebrity relations strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Identify celebrity dressing and partnership opportunities to maximize brand visibility across red carpets and events.
• Manage relationships with talent, stylists, publicists, agents, and other industry contacts.
• Oversee global celebrity dressing requests, fittings, shipments, and logistics.
• Lead end-to-end celebrity participation across brand campaigns, events, and editorial opportunities.
• Supervise department staff and coordinate celebrity requests, samples, and schedules.
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, design, and events teams to ensure alignment on celebrity strategy.
