  • Strategically identify celebrity dressing and partnership opportunities to maximize brand visibility across red carpets, editorial placements, street style, and key cultural moments.
  • Evaluate talent opportunities based on brand alignment, cultural relevance, audience reach, and potential media impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish short- and long-term VIP initiatives that support brand awareness and commercial priorities.
Celebrity Dressing & Talent Relations
  • Manage ongoing relationships with talent, celebrity stylists, publicists, agents, managers, and other key industry contacts.
  • Oversee global celebrity dressing requests, including red carpet appearances, press tours, award shows, premieres, and off-duty placements.
  • Direct sample selection, fittings, alterations, shipments, and logistics in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with design, atelier, and production teams on custom celebrity looks, managing projects from initial concept through final execution.
  • Manage talent participation across brand campaigns, special events, social media initiatives, and editorial opportunities.
Runway Shows, Events & VIP Experiences
  • Manage celebrity and VIP participation for major brand events, including runway shows, the Met Gala, awards-season initiatives, charitable events, and other high-profile activations.
  • Manage talent invitation outreach, confirmations, and ongoing VIP communications.
  • Manage end-to-end celebrity logistics, including travel, accommodations, transportation, glam, fittings, schedules, and on-site coordination.
  • Oversee VIP-related budgets, vendor coordination, and reconciliation for brand events and special projects.
Global Department Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to departmental support staff, including the coordination of celebrity requests, sample trafficking, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for international offices, providing strategic direction and oversight on global celebrity dressing and VIP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with PR, marketing, social media, design, merchandising, and events teams to ensure alignment on celebrity strategy and brand objectives.
  • Maintain oversight of celebrity sample inventory, showroom operations, and archive management.
  • Establish and maintain organized systems for talent tracking, placement reporting, departmental calendars, and ongoing relationship management.
Budget Management, Reporting & Performance
  • Manage significant departmental budgets across celebrity dressing, talent partnerships, and events.
  • Maintain budget forecasting, expense tracking, purchase approvals, and financial reconciliation.
  • Track and evaluate celebrity placements and partnerships through earned media value, impressions, press coverage, and social engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize departmental spending and maximize the impact of celebrity initiatives.
You’ll Need to Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in VIP Relations, PR, Communications, or a closely related role within luxury fashion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Established and active relationships with leading celebrity stylists, talent representatives, publicists, and entertainment industry contacts, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-impact celebrity dressing and VIP placements.
  • Strong understanding of the celebrity and stylist landscape, with an instinct for identifying both established and emerging talent relevant to the brand.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, entertainment, media, digital platforms, social media, and evolving cultural trends.
