Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Companion Diagnostic Global Strategic Marketing Director to define and drive scalable CDx commercialization across markets. The role requires extensive CDx/IVD experience, global launch leadership, and strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic marketing, product management, commercialization, business development, or related commercial roles within CDx programs.
• Proven track record leading or influencing global CDx commercialization programs, including launch planning and post-launch performance management.
• Strong collaboration with pharma partners and cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global commercialization strategy for CDx products aligned with Leica Biosystems objectives and regional needs.
• Serve as the primary strategic marketing lead and commercial point of contact for Pharma Partners during global CDx commercialization planning, launch, and execution.
• Collaborate with product management teams to connect CDx strategy with lifecycle planning, portfolio health, and revitalization to support growth and profitability.
• Monitor launch performance, partner satisfaction, and market adoption; translate insights into recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
