Job summary

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Category Lead and Senior Sourcing Manager for Investment Services and Platforms. You will shape global sourcing strategies and drive cost savings, quality and efficiency across the investment enterprise.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage important vendor relationships, and lead critical RFx events and negotiations to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with Invesco’s strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align requirements with growth and cost profiles.
• Foster supplier relationships and continuous improvement in key vendor partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, delivery, and SLAs.
• Lead RFx events, renewals, sole source negotiations, and contract talks.
• Analyze market trends and risks using Porter’s Five Forces, Gartner, and Hackett.
