AXA XL in New York seeks a lead Actuary for the US Casualty pricing team. You will price and analyze Casualty business written in the US and Canada while managing a team of 4 actuaries.

You’ll collaborate with underwriters and engage with executive management on portfolio profitability. As the lead actuary for US Casualty, you will help develop global pricing models, coordinate with European offices, and drive profitability targets and governance.

Formación

• Qualified actuary - FCAS or extensive experience.
• Pricing experience within the P&C reinsurance industry.
• Ability to work with underwriters and executive management across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing support to underwriting and perform analyses and peer reviews.
• Develop pricing methodologies aligned to global strategies and standards.
• Support development, testing, and calibration of pricing tools and governance.
