Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with Master’s in FP&A, cost management, or accounting roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in large, complex data sets.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or reporting tools (BI tools, Workday, Tableau); SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the global cash flow forecast model across entities.
Consolidate inputs from multiple functions into recurring forecasts.
Analyze cash flow drivers: collections, inventory, payables, OPEX, capex, working capital.
Perform actual-versus-forecast variance analysis and refine assumptions.
Automate forecasting processes with IT and data teams; develop scalable dashboards.
Support FP&A leadership with scenario modeling and cash flow analysis.
