• 6 to 10 years in career development including 3 to 5 years in counseling/guidance and training.
• Supervisory experience in career counseling/practitioner development.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, multi-mode career counseling for early-career and experienced professionals.
• Design and deliver customized career practitioner training based on best practices.
• Coordinate supervision and skill assessment to ensure progress and adherence to standards.
• Develop relationships with line organizations to align career interventions with business goals.
• Plan and facilitate career development sessions aligned with business needs.
• Support development plans to meet corporate goals and individual aspirations.
• Report on services and identify opportunities to align with business needs.
• Stay updated on trends in career counseling within the energy sector.
• Share best practices across CDD and corporate-wide.
