LiaHia is seeking a seasoned Career Coach to partner with clients worldwide, delivering high‑impact coaching sessions and optimizing resumes and LinkedIn profiles to accelerate career growth and strategic job-search planning.

You will translate experience into compelling narratives, coach on networking and interviews, and create tailored action plans with milestones while maintaining confidentiality across cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–19 years of experience in career coaching, consulting, recruiting, HR, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering coaching sessions with tangible client outcomes.
• Strong expertise in resume writing/optimization and LinkedIn optimization across industries.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify feedback into clear next steps.
• Client-first mindset with empathy, professionalism, and accountability.
• Comfort working with international clients across cultures, markets and time zones.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 career coaching sessions and goal-setting with accountability tracking.
• Assess backgrounds and translate experience into clear career narratives and target roles.
• Optimize resumes for clarity, impact, and ATS-friendly formatting.
• Enhance LinkedIn profiles: headlines, about, experience, keywords and branding.
• Coach clients on job-search strategy including networking and interview prep.
• Create tailored action plans with measurable milestones and timelines.
• Provide timely feedback on resumes, LinkedIn, and supporting materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and high standards across cultures and time zones.
